How can we help the public complete their legal matter online – freeing up time for self-help centers and legal aid to focus on those people who need more assistance?  Can we use the methods of user-centered design to discover how best to help more people do more on their own?  This interactive discussion wills share more information about the Judicial Council's Digital Self Help Pilot and help build the vision for more comprehensive on-line services.

Approved for 1.5 hours of CIMCE credit - CIMCE # 4622

Materials for the entire conference can be accessed here.
