A primer in debt defense of self-represented litigants.  A training program to assist self-help centers and court facilitators in providing assistance to consumers with debt collection litigation.  The session will address responding to pleadings, asserting affirmative defenses, responding and propounding discovery, case management conferences, and trial.  Session presenters will also address technology solutions to assist self-represented litigants.

1 hour General CLE credit.
